Homemade Chocolate Cake and Cookie Dough Ice Cream!!

I told you all I was baking a lot this week! To go with our Korean dinner, I prepared this chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. It was crazyyy good, and I highly recommend you try it–you don’t even need an ice cream machine!

Coffee in the cake batter makes it just perfect!
make sure to have a lot of cookie dough pieces in the ice cream!
