Quarantine Baking!!

Since baking is one of my favorite things to do (hence the name Sammicakes!) and because I have assigned pastries to make for my culinary class, I wanted to share all of the sweets I’ve made in the past few weeks! I’ll attach the recipes at the bottom of the page in case any of you want to try this yourself. Happy baking, and stay safe!

double chocolatey chip frappes with homemade whipped cream!! better than starbucks I would say 😉
angel food cake with a creme anglaise (and topped with my obsession, homemade whipped cream)
maple pumpkin scones with a maple glaze
Hawaiian pineapple coconut cheesecake bars
and finally…. more of the scones because you all need to try this!!
