Homemade Pizza!!

Hello and hello, everyone! I’ve been baking and cooking up a lot of good stuff these past few weeks. Mother’s Day is tomorrow, and I have a lot of dishes I’m going to make for dinner, plus some awesome desserts, so I’ll be sure to post those. Since Thursday, I’ve been preparing my pizza dough, and yesterday I finished it off and made a bomb pizza. I used this recipe here, but instead of just letting it rise an hour, I let it ferment overnight in the fridge in order to increase the dough’s complexity and flavor.

Final verdict: it was awesome, and my whole family loved it! Homemade pizza for the win!
