Another month gone, another semester over. ❤
Novembers are always hard for me because of finals–late nights, cramming, too much sugar, not enough exercise. I’m happy another semester has been successfully completed (my grades should be in by tonight!), but I do feel differently this Christmas break. I just finished my last fall semester at Spelman College. After the spring, I’ll be transitioning to an engineering institution. Overall, I am very nervous for this next part of my life. I know I will struggle, but I hope it will be a struggle worthwhile.
Anyway, I’m not at that point in my life yet, and I’m making sure to fully soak in the present. With my family and I under one roof enjoying all the delicious holiday cooking and baking, I know these moments are precious. I hope you all are having a lovely start to your holiday season.
My favorite movie I watched this month was Crazy Rich Asians. I would highly recommend it. And if you like wild, fast-paced cartoons, Fionna and Cake may be for you too!

My daughter is also home from college for the Holidays. She was feeling nostalgic and wanted to rewatch the Preacher’s wife together. We both enjoyed💕

Love Actually is one of my favourite Christmas movies and I totally loved Crazy Rich Asians too. Such a great movie.
